      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to use global search tab in the AppDynamics console. It is stating " the search service is currently unavailable". Can someone help me to resolve this please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I did some searching and found this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you please try the below and check how it goes&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Open the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://events-service-api-store.properties/" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener" target="_blank"&gt;events-service-api-store.properties&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;in EventService&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Check the keys if the&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ad.accountmanager.key.controller&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ad.accountmanager.key.mds&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;are identical.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. If not please keep them identical and restart the EventService&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
