&lt;P&gt;Looks like your events-service is down and so can you please start it up manually using the below command&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;PRE&gt;cd &amp;lt;events_service_install_dir&amp;gt;
nohup bin/events-service.sh start -p conf/events-service-api-store.properties &amp;amp;&lt;/PRE&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In case if it fails to start, you can refer the below KB article to see if you are running into the same issue as described in this&lt;/P&gt;
