Appdynamcis DB agent issue

i am getting an error while running the agent, where as my its ACTIVE over dashboard, but can't see any executions, any one have any fix? i am running 4.3.3.4 version.

Can you please share the complete db agent logs for quick review once?

I hope, you might have gone through the following document on the permissions side for ms sql server monitoring.

I would suggest you use host/port configuration instead custom jdbc url on the collector configuration for ms sql.

Thanks for you reply.

Yes i did followed the link you mentioned to configure the MS SQL, and I am using host/port not the jdbc url.
Help me from where i can get the db agent logs?
I forgot to mention in my question that I am using MS SQL 2016 and Windows Server 2012 server(OS) and i am using dbagent-4.3.3.4 version.
Please see the screenshot I had attached its the dashboard view where Time in Database is giving me figures and graphs but not the Executaions.

I've solved this issue by updating Database Agent version to the newest one.

Which db agent version you are running now? as i am currently running 4.3.3.4 version.
