Hi team,

i have installed appdynamic om-premises demo and while logging it encounterd me with error

Unexpected exception occurred:com.singularity.ee.controller.api.exceptions.ObjectNotFoundException:Failed to find corresponding principal in MDS. Principal key is: [type: USER, id: 4]

Can anyone helpme out with solution for getting this error? its pretty urgent ...

Hi,

I believe this is a new 4.3 installation and you might have used a username "root" in the installation.

This is a known issue and there is work under progress to fix this.

The workaround for now is to reinstall the Controller and not to use the username as "root" anywhere during the installation.

Hi ,

Thanks for the reply and yes i ahd same doubt and re-installed the controller and it worked with diff username than using root..

Now i am trying to install db agent to monitor but for all the application i try to test gives me same error as below what i have shared the error.

what does this registration infirmation mean ?? i need to submit my demo by this weekend can anyone help me of this ??

the same error is see when i was trying to run server agent..
