&lt;P&gt;I am no expert but it looks like it is not being compared to a baseline in the one that isn't turning red. Unable to see from the screen shots though. If you are comparing to a baseline it should look like the following in the top right of screen&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I am very new to AppDynamics and want to customize the application flow map so that the call arrows turn red when some issues happen for them. Currently, I cannot see them going red when any issue happens.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;However, for my colleague, it does. Please find the pictures for reference&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can anyone advise&lt;/P&gt;
