      <title>RUM for contact centre</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I am looking at monitoring the contact centre calls to citrix.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;is this something that would be possible using RUM?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I want to be able to tell if a user has had issues with latency or not&lt;/P&gt;
