Thanks Team for the response.

So you mean load testing can only be performed by selecting number of browser and location ?

How we can perform 100 user load using same browser and location ?

Please suggest

Hi Team,

Need some information , whether we can perform load testing using Synthetic browser monitoring ?

I understand we have few performance monitoring parameter but just need to know about performance load testing feasibility ?

Regards,

Yes you can certainly use Synthetic monitoring for load testing. Please take a look at the below doc links a sthat should be able to clarify more on th eusage of synthetic monitoring of websites:

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO44/Browser+Synthetic+Monitoring

Let me know in case you have any queries.

Thank You,

Had already gone through the URL earlier, but did not get any information specific to load testing. So could you please share few more information specific to load testing and the approach of implementing the same

Hi Preetam,

There is no separate approach for load testing; The whole purpose of bringing this synthetic monitoring feature was for website testing only. You can just start using the feature by creating jobs for your website and do the load testing.

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Get+Started+with+Browser+Synthetic+Monitoring
