Hi Ahmed,

No official support for Kony mobile application, but I know some customer
did get success reporting events from Kony mobile application(Android)
after their efforts.
So what I am sharing you is totally unofficial.

- If you are instrumenting Kony mobile in Android, follow these steps.

We also have a plan to introduce agent API to report UI events in future.

Hi @Yan.Solomon,

Kony SERVER monitoring would be supported via support channels as last I knew it was just a JAVA server running Tomcat. Monitoring mobile devices with our Mobile SDK is something that would not be supported.

Both of those people no longer work here. I've been working on seeing if the info in that folder is relevant anymore. I will report back.

Yes that is accurate - we would help only on best effort basis meaning that only if we have engineering bandwidth available.
