SQLMonitor

Hi,

I am new to APPDynamics and I would like to monitor my application which is based on using IIS and SQLExpress.

I would like to install SQLMonitor in order to have more detailed monitoring for the DB.

Please send me step by step help doc so I can install/configure SQLMonitor and how to use with APPDynamics.
