      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When I try to log in on my monitoring, after I click on "&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Launch AppDynamics&lt;/STRONG&gt;" button&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;page 404 appears.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What can I do to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@integracao, not sure if this was a temporary&amp;nbsp;issue at the time you'd attempted login.&amp;nbsp;When I use your URL (as seen in the screenshot &lt;A href="https://voxsoluestecnolgica.saas.appdynamics.com/controller)&amp;nbsp;from" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://voxsoluestecnolgica.saas.appdynamics.com/controller)&amp;nbsp;from&lt;/A&gt; a new Chrome session, I can successfully see the login screen. Ofcourse without knowing your credentials, I'm unable to proceed further. But I see no 404s. Wanna try again and report back please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The login is working correctly, I can login without problem, the problem occurs when I try to "Launch AppDynamics".&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;murat and integracao, there a couple of things going on&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. looks like your trial period expired, hence the Launch AppDynamics is&amp;nbsp;unable to land you on the Controller properly. This&amp;nbsp;is incorrect behavior in my opinion. You should have seen a Trial Expired error message / screen. Not sure why that is not happening in your case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. When you directly hit the url for your Controller at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://voxsoluestecnolgica.saas.appdynamics.com/controller" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://voxsoluestecnolgica.saas.appdynamics.com/controller&lt;/A&gt; and Enter&amp;nbsp;VoxSoluesTecnolgica as the Account Name, the user/password fields go away because, your Controller is&amp;nbsp;configured for SAML access. For SAML based authentication, no user/password is required. It is expected that the&amp;nbsp;3rd party SAML provider will have authenticated the user for you to have access to the Controller. Looks like you'd setup the Controller for SAML access when starting your trial.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Lastly, to fix the Trial issue and get you an extension, I'm happy to connect you with one of&amp;nbsp;our SalesReps. Are you able to provide us&amp;nbsp;your contact info here? Thanks. After fixing the trial license, I'd suggest you try re-trying the same steps (Launch AppDynamics) from the Portal and that should work fine.
