i tried to install i doesnt work

Hello!

It looks like you're trying to upgrade form a previous version of our AppDynamics PHP agent. Have you tried following the steps outlined in our docs to upgrade:

http://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO14S/Upgrade+the+App+Agent+for+PHP

Please let me know if that works.
