@Shirley.Wei can you confirm, is rescheduling of instructor-lead sessions initiated only by emailing education@appdynamics.com ? Are there other ways for customers to reschedule instructor-lead sessions thru learn.appdynamics.com?

@Hugo.Torres I see you've already been helped by our education operations team, but I'll post the process here for others who may have the same question.

To reschedule an instructor-led session, please contact education@appdynamics.com. One of our admins will cancel the session for the user, and the user will need to re-enroll in a session of their choice.
