      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't been able to find any documentation referring to Apache, or Tomcat.  On my Windows server it is running under the process of PythonService.exe.  The &lt;A href="http://www.splunk.com/base/Splexicon%3aSplunkweb" rel="nofollow"&gt;documentation&lt;/A&gt; says that it is a Python-based application service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
