Require guidance on jquery and python update

Dear all,

Can some one please review and clarify my doubts:

In order to update the instance jquery 3.5 complaint and python 3 complaint , i can completely rely on Upgrade readiness app ?

Based on my understanding:
i need to perform the below:

1. Add the version number to the dashboard - like version=" 1.1"

2. All those dashboard where .js file is referred , on the dashabord . should be checked , and modified if its jquery 3.5 complaint.

3. need to check those, only listed apps under upgrade for readiness under . validate the .py file to be complaint with python 3 and modified to be complaint. because some of my apps are archived and no recent version.

4. I have one basic landing Full <HTML><?HTML> dashboard. Will it crack and wont function , if its being upgraded to html 9.0.10 or 9.1 ??

And also for the below reporting:
what needs to be validated for splunk on premise environemnt?
