Hi Splunkers,

We are using a HP Product called service anywhere for the ticketing system. We want to monitor all ticketing data via Splunk,
Do we have any integration available for the HP Service Anywhere tool ?

If we want to create a integration with HP Anywhere and Splunk ,what are the details we need to create add on for the same.

Thanks

In general, these are the ways to integrate with Splunk:
1. Look in apps.splunk.com for an existing app that integrates your product.
2. Install the Splunk Universal Forwarder on the product's server to forward relevant files to Splunk.
3. Have the product forward syslog events to Splunk.
4. Use the product's API to create your own app, perhaps using Splunk's App Builder.
5. Use the DB Connect app to read data from the product's SQL database.

Depending on the product, you may need more than one of these to get all of the desired data.

Hi Rohit, maybe, the question need more details. As said on above answer, the general method of splunk to other apps integration method is simple and straight forward.
We would like to know, details like, version of your apps, did you follow installation guide, did you struck at something, any error msgs, etc.
