Unfortunately after signing in i never received the welcome email.&nbsp;</P><P>I am able to login to the customer portal, but i cannot login. Tried calling and it seems that splunk support does not have an option to reset the initial sc_admin password nor they do not have a way to re-trigger the welcome email.
